4-2-1 manifold, 200 cell sports Catalist, 2 1/2" bore exhaust with backbox/4-2-1 molteplici, 200 cellule sport Catalist, 2 1/2" scarico con alesaggi backbox
remap with first version of manifold. now runs at 137bhp and 128 ft-lb/ Rimappatura con prima versione di molteplici. ora gira a 137bhp e 128 ft-lb
other mods include, front and rear camber mounts. spaxx lowering springs. 3 way adjustable dampners. grooved front and rear discs and braided lines. rear strut brace. lots more to come, will post pictures when all complete in late January/ Altri mods, anteriore e posteriore comprendono freccia monta. spaxx abbassamento Springs. 3 Modo regolabile dampners. incavato dischi anteriori e posteriori e linee intrecciate. posteriore barre brace. partite più a venire, sarà posta foto quando tutti completi in fine di

she revs up quickly but takes a bit longer to go down then stock manifold.
Giri rapidamente ma assume una bit longer per scendere poi stock molteplici

thank you. but i say it is more of a pain then beauty! lol
i will be on this site and others on the EU sharing the modification i have done with various companies and future projects as i havent seen much twingo scene in europe.
be in contact with Catcams and braking companies based in the UK to bring out products and will be testing more pieces based on the clio mk2 to see if they will work, like the ATS camber mounts which do but are hard to change once set up. currently trying to get EBC to make Yellow/Red Stuff Pads for the front which is not going to well i have to say

the car hasnt been touched in a while, currently looking for a job and the car has taken a back seat. hope to have the handling modifications done in Feb it they work as most of it is based on the clio mk2.

final got under the car today to sort out the rattling of the exhaust pipes and found out something that vex'd me off.... but first pictures of reinforced engine box mount ^_^
can see the backet it bolted onto the mounting then from this a solid bar is welded on..
not to bad i say for a quick job
quick under shot of the scoop hocked up to the front
quick wrap job to stop pipe from hitting the frame, very tightly done
pictures of the 2nd manifold design, can see pipes 1 & 2 looping over 3&4 to keep it all 17.5cm
now here the problem which wasnt sorted out..
if you follow the above pictures with the 1st manifold you can see 1/2 linked up 3.4 linked up. 4-2-1 should have matching cyclinders together 1/4 & 2/3 i was told this was sorted out first time.
no wonder the remapping took ages and vvt delaid. whilst it performs smoother then a stock 133 remapped i couldnt help think it would be better and less strain on the vvt with correct cyclinders matched up... VEX'D!
whilst i was under there i explored the Jap braces, yes it can be easily done by mounting it to the undertray bolt holes but... this will lead to not being able to install an undertray and an aftermarket tray/splitter would be needed for some aero'ness. saw the jap pics didnt have the tray but i thought that was for the pics but theres not way to have it with the tray. unless it goes over the the tray isnt flat in design.
and theres no bolting holes in the middle or the back so they would either have to be drilled or the bar welded on.
